Internal Mechanisms: All internal mechanisms, brackets included, fall under the warranty's protection.

Under the provisions of this warranty, should a defect be identified in your product, the company will take one of the following actions, guided by its discretion:

Repair: The company may elect to perform repairs on the defective unit at no expense to you.

Replace: Alternatively, they may choose to replace the defective unit with a brand new one, again without any cost to you.

Replacement Parts: If only a specific part is found to be faulty, they will promptly dispatch a replacement for that specific part.

Components: Repairs and replacements will be executed using parts or products that closely match the originals in function. While every effort will be made to align repairs or replacements with similar parts or products, please be aware that colors may vary, and an exact match to previous orders or other non-defective existing products cannot be guaranteed, even if they are installed in the same window or nearby.

Discontinued Products: In the event that the product, part, or operating system is no longer in production, the company remains committed to upholding the warranty by either repairing or replacing the defective product with the most comparable alternative available at the time of the repair or replacement.

  • It’s important to note that this warranty is exclusively applicable to the original purchaser and the original window where the product was initially installed.
  • Discounts, coupons, or promo codes cannot be applied to the warranty cost.
  • This warranty takes precedence over all other warranties, written or oral.
  • We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects or warranty breaches.
  • We retain the right to examine any part or component before issuing replacements.
  • To qualify for repair or replacement, you must provide a purchase record.

Returns Eligibility:

Change of mind: TWe regret to inform you that, due to the custom-made nature of our window coverings, we do not accept returns for reasons of change of mind. Each window covering is tailored to your specific requirements and preferences, making them unique to your home decor. We advise customers to carefully consider their choices before placing an order to ensure complete satisfaction with their selections.

Return Process:

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective.
